Traditional Greek Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Tomato
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 0.5 cup Pitted Black Olives
  • 0.5 cup Feta
  • 25 g Coriander (Cilantro)
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 0.5 tsp Parsley
  • 0.5 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper (Ground)
  • 1 tsp Rock Salt (Ground)

Method
 

  1. Cut tomato, cucumber and feta into chunky squares
  2. Slice red onion into slithers
  3. Cut pitted black olives into halves
  4. Add olive oil and toss salad
  5. Separate leaves off of the sprigs of coriander
  6. Sprinkle oregano, ground black pepper and rock salt over the bowl

Notes

Serve at room temperature. For an added extra try grilled lamb and crusty bread.
