Ingredients
Method
- Cut tomato, cucumber and feta into chunky squares
- Slice red onion into slithers
- Cut pitted black olives into halves
- Add olive oil and toss salad
- Separate leaves off of the sprigs of coriander
- Sprinkle oregano, ground black pepper and rock salt over the bowl
Notes
Serve at room temperature. For an added extra try grilled lamb and crusty bread.
